Thirstwater
Statement
A spotted deer bends to drink from mirror-black water, surrounded by an Eden of wild blooms and impossible greens. Cherry blossoms frame oxidized copper streams while cream-colored elderflower clusters punctuate the dense foliage like scattered prayers. The animal exists in perfect solitude, unaware of being witnessed, caught in the universal act of sustaining life. Vulnerability and abundance occupy the same frame, each making the other more urgent.
