Conventional Art builds physical works from a new image instrument. Not prompt art. Not novelty. A studio practice of research, refusal, taste, and print.

35
SECONDS TO JUDGE. MONTHS TO MAKE.
Every new medium is first mistaken for a shortcut. Then the serious work begins.
Photography did not kill painting. The synthesizer did not kill music. Digital type did not kill design. What survived was judgment.
Conventional Art exists after the argument gets boring. The machine generates possibility. The artist decides what deserves permanence.
02 / Process
Built like a custom object.
Like a bespoke home, the visible result is only the last layer. Under it: brief, references, constraints, material decisions, proofs, revisions, and the discipline to stop.
03 / The object
From latent space to physical presence.
A print changes the image. It gives it weight, surface, scale, and responsibility to the room around it.
That is where the work becomes real: when infinite possibility becomes one finite object someone chooses to live with.
04 / The artist
18
Years across design systems, print, product, and image direction
Directed by taste, not automation.
The studio is led by a multidisciplinary graphic designer with 18 years across identity systems, editorial design, packaging, art direction, print production, product experience, and generative image direction.
That background matters. Conventional Art is built from hierarchy, restraint, material judgment, negative space, and the quiet pressure of knowing when an image has finally arrived.

The medium is not the measure. The work is.
Collectors do not keep a piece because the tool was controversial. They keep it because the image continues to work on them after the room goes quiet.
