Saltwork
Statement
Ancient stone cliffs hold their pink blush against evening teal, weathered faces catching the last thermal drafts. A bronze sun dissolves into water that moves like hammered metal, each ripple a small betrayal of stillness. Coral clouds streak the sky in formations that suggest both arrival and departure. The cove breathes with tidal logic, cypress trees marking time in their own dark language. Here, geology and atmosphere negotiate the terms of another day's surrender.
