Shipping policy

Every physical artwork is produced to order, inspected, and packed for its specific format and scale.
Production and dispatch
Most physical artworks are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Custom commissions, unusually large formats, holiday periods, or material shortages may require additional time; when that happens, we will contact you.
Tracked and insured delivery
Physical artwork shipments include tracking and transit insurance. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the parcel. Insurance covers qualifying loss or damage in transit; it does not cover damage after successful delivery, installation, or handling by the recipient.
Estimated transit times
- United States, Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom: generally 5–14 business days after dispatch;
- Australia and New Zealand: generally 7–16 business days after dispatch;
- Other supported international destinations: generally 7–21 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, remote destinations, weather, and carrier disruptions can extend transit time.
Rates, duties, and taxes
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the artwork, format, size, and destination. Import duties, brokerage charges, and local taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Address changes
Review the shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact info@conventionalart.com within 12 hours if it needs correction. After production or carrier handoff, an address change may not be possible and redirection charges may apply.
Damage, loss, and delivery issues
Inspect the parcel and artwork when it arrives. For visible damage, photograph the unopened package before removing the artwork, then photograph the artwork and shipping label. Report damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or a parcel marked delivered but not received within 15 days so we can open a carrier or studio claim. Digital downloads do not require shipping and are delivered electronically according to the product listing.
