Statement

A single eye opens inside a mountain the way a wound opens inside silence, and suddenly the landscape is no longer safe to look at. Scales of forest green and tarnished gold ripple outward like water that has been holding its breath, every arc a wave that never breaks. The petal-pink fog below and the bruised lavender sky above press inward, framing the moment of being seen by something that was always there. Surveillance dressed as scenery. You cannot unsee it, and it cannot stop seeing you.
