Statement

A shoreline that never existed pressures you to remember it anyway. Malachite water cuts against rose-quartz sand, and between them a vein of hammered gold leaf writhes like a fault in the earth's surface, refusing to behave like any border should. A dust-speckled wisteria sky holds a single coin-bright moon above forest-dark hills that anchor the whole impossible geography. This is what longing for a place you've never been actually looks like, mapped in pigment and metal.
