Crowd Solitude
Statement
A woman emerges from her own multiplicity, black hair framing vulnerability while carnival-bright faces press close with hollow golden eyes. Burnt orange skin bleeds into prussian blue shadows, each surrounding visage a different temperature of longing. The central figure holds steady, almost apologetic, as if caught in the act of being human among her own projections. The painting breathes with the claustrophobia of internal dialogue made visible. Sometimes being alone with yourself means facing a crowd.
