Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take?
Prints are produced on demand. Production timing depends on the selected format; tracking is emailed as soon as the work ships.

How is artwork shipped?
Physical editions are carefully packed and sent with tracked, insured delivery. The exact shipping rate and available service are shown before payment.

Returns & support

Can I return an artwork?
Eligible artworks may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Contact the studio within that window before sending anything back. The work must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Custom commissions, personalised works, and digital downloads are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Read the complete Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us promptly. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Artwork & materials

What materials do you use?
Physical editions use archival pigment printing and format-specific professional materials. Exact construction details appear on each product page after you choose a format.

Are colours exact?
Every screen renders colour differently. The studio checks files for colour and tonal integrity, but subtle variation between a backlit display and a physical print is normal.
