Return & Refund Policy

At Conventional Art, every artwork is made to order. Each piece begins as a human idea, shaped through AI, refined, and curated until it becomes part of our collection. Because of this unique process, all prints are created specifically for you when you place an order.

We aim for complete transparency, so here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Made-to-Order Policy
• All products are printed on demand. We do not hold mass stock.
• This means that every item is unique and produced only when ordered.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue replacements only in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping.
• The print is defective or misprinted.
• You received the wrong item or size by mistake.

In these cases:
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide photos of the damage or issue.
3. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind (choosing a different design after ordering).
• Preference for different colors, styles, or sizes once printed.
• Orders placed with incorrect details (wrong shipping address, sizing errors, etc.).

Because every piece is custom-printed, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Our Commitment

We are transparent about our process: this is an experimental art studio where human creativity and AI tools work together to produce something unconventional. While the work is guided by human intent, each print is made specifically for you. We stand by the quality of our products and will always work with you to resolve genuine issues.
